1) If you can get it in a trash bag, we will take it, with the exception of "4)" below.
2) Trash MUST be in trash bags. If it's not in a bag, it won't be taken.
3) Limit three (3) bags per household per week.
4) There is no size limit for the bags, but weight limit is 40 pounds per bag.
5) NO hazardous waste such as paints, thinners, car batteries, engine oil, computers, or anything else
requiring special disposal without advance scheduling.
6) Put all trash at the curb where you put your trash can, OR outside the front door. If there are no trash bags
curbside, we will check outside the front door.
7) Not responsible for trash missed behind a gate or fence, in the locked courtyard, in the back yard, etc.
8) Paint pick-up is scheduled on Wednesdays only. If you are already on contract, you will be charged only
the $2/gallon disposal fee.
9) Credit or debit card payments only. You will be charged at the beginning of each month. Paint disposal
will be charged in arrears.
10) Service missed due to holidays unfortunately cannot be rescheduled.
11) Cancel anytime. Service stops at the end of the calendar month in which you cancel.
