is necessary, and our clean-burning propane burner meets the most stringent

1.) Property management firm MMC, Inc., asked us how to resolve the issue of
cleaning the front balconies and awnings at Waterway Village aka Riva Row, a row of
brownstone homes at the corner of Woodlands Parkway and Six Pines Dr.
Running pressure line through the homes was not an option for several reasons, and
the trees, fences and bushes fronting the long row of 60+ brownstones made access
difficult with the size of the ladders that would need to be used.
Our solution was to rent a wheeled hydraulic lift, which took us between, and
sometimes over the treetops, and directly to the surfaces that needed treatment. The
job was done in a day, and after a follow-up window cleaning, the brownstones at
Waterway Village were impeccably clean.
2) Property management firm Association Management, Inc., was dealing with
several areas of the Stonemill Courts townhome complex that were not exposed to
sunlight. Additionally, spiders, wasps and dirt daubers had taken up residence
under the eaves and soffits around the complex.
Along with the moldy areas and the insect nests, we power washed all of the
sidewalks, the driveways, and front entrances, and were done in 2.5 days. We
followed up by treating the previously noted moldy areas with a solution that
prevents mold re-growth for up to two years!

| DO NOT ALLOW ANY GAS-POWERED POWER WASHER TO RUN IN ANY ENCLOSED SPACES! THIS INCLUDES INSIDE A GARAGE WITH THE DOORS OPEN! CARBON MONOXIDE CAN REMAIN TRAPPED EVEN IN AN OPEN GARAGE WHERE IT MAY BE INHALED, BLOWN INTO THE HOUSE (attached garages), OR RECIRCULATED THROUGH THE POWER WASHER. EVERY ONE OF THOSE SCENARIOS CAN HAVE SERIOUS, AND EVEN FATAL CONSEQUENCES. IF POWER WASHING THE FLOOR OF A GARAGE OR WAREHOUSE, THE RUNNING UNIT SHOULD STILL ALWAYS BE KEPT OUTSIDE OF THE PERIMETER OF THE WALLS AND DOORS. |
