Since the foundation color for The Secret Service is black, and all of our company
vehicles are black, we have become increasingly particular with how our vehicles'
appearance is maintained. We are especially concerned with swirl marks that tend
to show up on dark vehicles over time.
We use ONLY gentle, non-scratching microfiber cloths to both WASH AND DRY your
vehicle -- cloths trusted enough to use on the company owner's Ferrari (if he ever gets
one). We DO NOT re-use cloths or sponges among vehicles! No cloths are used after
servicing a vehicle until those cloths have been washed.
With EVERY service call, a free tire pressure check is included! We have a mobile
unit to inflate your tires if needed.* Most services charge extra for that if they offer it
at all!

* Whether your tires are hot or cold, they will be inflated to, but not past the maximum psi recommended by the
manufacturer, which is usually found on a sticker inside the driver's side door. If that sticker is not available, the maximum
pressure stated on the tire will be used. If the tire is unreadable, no air will be given.
