Here at The Secret Service, we feel that clean is clean. That is the reason we have such a diverse range of
services, from residential maid service to restoration services, car washing and more. Everything we do is
geared toward making lives easier, and offering services that will bring value into the lives of the people who
live and work in the communities we serve.

As the owner of this company, I am reminded almost daily of the kind of service you experience: the rude
clerk at the mall, the wrong to-go order you don't find out about until you get home, the damaged product you
received in the mail (or that never arrived), the contractor who left you waiting for hours, the horrible waiter
you had at the restaurant .... I experience those too.

It is frustrating to order from service companies and personnel who are obviously not in business to give good
service! Not just cleaning services, but ALL services.

We are not perfect. We have, and will continue to make mistakes. That's what happens when you manage
people. The real test is the response you get when you call with an issue. That is where cleaning companies
succeed or fail. And if you are wondering how we respond, here's a hint: we have been in business since

To me, that message means "make your clients happy." We are not about the bottom line. We are about the
business of making your life easier through cleaning and related services. We just happen to earn a living
while we do it.

The Secret Service was founded, and operates in The Woodlands and south Montgomery County/north Harris
County. You are our neighbors and we approach every service and every visit with that as our operating
principle. We don't want to share a backyard with a neighbor who feels we have not given them a fair deal.

To that end, we have decided never to give a quote to anyone without inspecting the job first. If that means
we lose a job because someone is in a rush, then we lose the job. There is nothing more effective than
shaking your hand and talking one-on-one about what YOU want and need, so you receive a very accurate,
clear and concise proposal. You and your requirements cannot be compared to the requirements of the client
we met with the day before.

We also stand behind our quotes. Not once since our founding in 2002 have we ever gone back to a client to
ask for more than we quoted. We would rather lose money on a job than earn the reputation that a back-end
charge would bring us. With long-term clients, we do have to raise prices periodically due to market
conditions, gas prices, insurance, payroll costs, etc., but we always notify our clients in advance and give them
the option to stay with us or shop for another service. You would never see an increase on your bill that you
had not approved or of which you had not been notified.

Another neighborly approach we take to cleaning is not to charge a hefty initial-clean fee. If you are signing
up with us for regular recurring service, we are happy to have you, and we show you that by absorbing the
extra time and expense it takes to clean your home or office the first time; and it ALWAYS takes longer the
first time. As long as you aren't asking for a thorough deep clean on the first visit, then we'll take care of the
few extra dollars the cleaning crew will need to effectively clean your home or office the first time.

Since its inception in 2002, The Secret Service, Cleaning Service, LLC, has taken the approach that we want to
be the service our clients can lean on to make their lives easier. And, it was apparent within our first year of
operation that that is exactly what our neighbors in south Montgomery County need.

We started as a simple cleaning service focused only on dusting, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, taking out
trash, and other everyday cleaning tasks. Clients were so impressed with the service they received, we were
continually asked if we could take on other cleaning and maintenance responsibilities such as window
cleaning, floor stripping, power washing and more.

After a considerable number of requests, and to accommodate our growing list of large commercial clients,
we began expanding our services to become the type of company we envisioned from the start: a cleaning
company our clients could lean on.

Company owner Brian Domingue is very involved in the local business community, and keeps a keen eye
open for opportunities to improve and expand the services available through The Secret Service. To this end,
The Secret Service has a proven, rock-solid group of professional service providers who share in Mr.
Domingue's commitment to providing quality service with a smile and a sense of community.

The Secret Service is a longstanding member of the South Montgomery County Woodlands Chamber of
Commerce (SMCWCC), and has been involved in many functions with them, most notably the Taste of the
Town fundraiser where The Secret Service provides the trash service for the event.

Through its involvement with the chamber and other activities, The Secret Service has garnered accolades
and references from many community leaders including State Representative Rob Eissler and SMCWCC
President Karen Hoylman to name a few. The Secret Service has also been nominated twice to receive the
Montgomery College Small Business of the Year award.

We have donated our services to the SMCWCC, the Montgomery County Food Bank, the American Heart
Association, the American Lung Association, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, The United Way,
and to various schools in and around The Woodlands raising money to increase or enhance school resources.

Our most committed volunteer effort was for the ABC television show Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. We
spent two days in East Bernard, TX., helping to clean up the work site in and around the new home built for
the Kubena family, whose twin seven-year-old girls both have leukemia. (Season 3, Episode 18).

We are in this business to give the consumer what we would want from a cleaning service, and to a larger
